All 2026-2027 dates are being finalized; however, you can expect updates for all coaches below (dates and times to be added in late Fall).

• Coal Mtn Coaches Meeting (mid-to-late January); Coal Mountain Community Building.
• Evaluations (late Jan. or early Feb.); likely to host all ages during one day @ Coal Mtn Park. New for 2027 - coaches will not be conducting evaluations (outside instructors and CM Board).
• Draft (early Feb.); Coal Mountain Community Building. Baseball draft night to be coordinated and communicated.
• Practices begin mid-Feb. (at discretion of county calendar).
• Mandatory Forsyth County Baseball Mtg (mid-March).
• Games being mid-March (at discretion of county calendar).
• Spring Break - No Games or Practices. 
• End of Season Tourney (end of May).
