BASEBALL EVALUATIONS:

• Baseball evaluations will be held in January (at Coal Mtn Park); specific day(s), times & field locations will be posted when finalized. Please check back in after the first of the year for more updates; email communications will also be sent post-registration for all groups.
  
• During on-field evaluations, players will complete a series of basic drills observed by independent evaluators and Coal Mtn board members; these evaluations help determine each player’s current skill level and support a fair, competitive team draft, as required by Forsyth County. The experience is intended to be positive and low-pressure - we simply ask that every player have fun and do their best!
• All players must attend evaluations; otherwise, these players will become hat picks* for all ages, and for specific age groups, these players will not be eligible for majors.  Any player who makes a majors team and selected must play on a majors team (excluding 7U majors where the player can choose 7U major or 8U minor).

* Hat Picks - once all eligible players are drafted - those who attended evaluations - all remaining players are tossed into a hat and randomly assigned to each coach around the table; skipping evaluations to be "placed" on a specific team will not be honored.
